5.4 Order Acceptance: Any order you place with us is an offer from you to buy products. We accept that offer once we receive your payment, not before. If we can't fulfill your order due to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, we will give you the option to cancel your order or place an alternative order.

5.5 Payment: Payment for orders can be made through the methods specified on our website. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize us to charge the total amount due to your selected payment method.

5.6 Products' features and specifications: All features, specifications, products' descriptions and prices on this Website are subject to change at any time without notice. Certain weights, measures and similar descriptions are approximate and are provided for convenience purposes only.

5.7 By placing an order, you represent that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner.

6. PRICING AND PAYMENT

6.1 Pricing: The prices shown for the products do not include the shipping and packing fees. The total price is shown in the checkout process.

6.2 Payment: Payment for orders can be made through the methods specified on our website. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize us to charge the total amount due to your selected payment method.

7. SHIPPING AND RETURNS

7.1 The orders placed before 12pm will be, as far as possible, processed the same day and posted in the following 48 hours of the orders. This don't apply in periods of sales.

7.2 The shipping time depends on the postage company. Therefore, the delivery time mentioned on the website is informative only, and can not be guaranteed.

7.3 If the products you receive are damaged in transit you must contact us within 2 days of receiving the products. We will send you a replacement order after you have returned the damaged products, together with all the packaging for us to inspect. We will refund the postage and packing costs in this case.

7.4 If a delivery does not match the description or quantity of the products you ordered, you must contact us within 2 days of receiving the order. Please send an email to : support@urbantails.co , mentioning the order reference.

7.5 You can return a product for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order by sending us a clear and unequivocal notice of your intention to return.

7.6 You will be given a full refund (less any postage & packing charges and duties paid) as long as:

• It follows and respects our return policy

• The products are received along with their original packaging

• The products are in the same condition as they were in when supplied to you

• The products have not been subjected to excessie handling or use

7.7 We reserve our right to make deductions from your refund amount for damage to products or packaging which results in loss of value.

7.8 We will not reimburse return postage costs.

7.9 All returns must be sent with customer identifiable information such as the dispatch note originally enclosed with your order. If you do not supply this information, we may not be able to process your return quickly or at all.

7.10 We cannot be held responsible for any products you return until we receive them. We strongly recommend you use a tracked service when returning items to us. Please retain proof of posting with the tracking number when returning products.

7.11 Refunds will be given in the currency with which your original payment was made.

7.12 If you are eligible, we can only process a refund with proof of purchase onto the original form of payment used to pay for the goods. If you paid using a gift card, we will refund the amount onto a gift card.

7.13 If the returned items respect all of the conditions above, Urban Tails Ltd. will refund your order within 14 days of receiving the goods back from you.

7.14 Discounted items are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to terminate, close your account or suspend your access to our website, without notice, for any violation of these Terms & Conditions or for any other reason.

11.1 The Urban Tails items are accessory items only. We assume no liability regarding the safety of the pets, or following a wrong use of the products. This is completely at the purchasers' and/or users' responsibility.

11.2 Urban Tails Ltd. shall not be held responsible for any damage or loss following the use of any information or materials on this website.

11.3 The only liability we do have will be limited to the price you paid for the products.

11.4 We assume no responsibility, and shall not be liable for, any damages to, or viruses that may infect, your computer, telecommunication equipment, or other property caused by or arising from your access to, use of, or browsing this website or your downloading of any materials, from this website.
